Description
An impoverished boy, Cedric, is summoned to his grandfather's English estate when the youngster's father dies. The grandfather, a stodgy old Earl, plans to transform the boy into a docile, traditional lord, but it is Little Lord Fauntleroy who does the converting. He wins the hearts of his English relatives, and he teaches the Earl some important lessons about the meaning of nobility.
